Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellations will forfeit any deposit. All deposit’s are non-refundable. All rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule up to ONE time using the same deposit within the same month. Rescheduling an appointment more than once will forfeit any deposit and require you to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. Canceled appointments are non refundable Once appt is booked your appointment cannot be changed or modified. In order to change services you must cancel and rebook with a “New” deposit. No original deposit will not be valid for new appt. No exceptions!
